Privacy Policy

Short version: this site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers. The only personal data I hold is what you deliberately send by email, Telegram or when booking a call. You can have it deleted at any time by asking.

1. Who is responsible

Lusty Legend, an independent operation based in India, is responsible for information collected through this website. Contact: hello@lustylegend.com.

My handling of enquiries is designed to align with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 as their provisions come into force. Where you contact me from the EU or UK, I will also honour the access, correction, deletion and objection rights described in section 7 — regardless of whether they strictly apply, because it costs nothing to do the right thing with your data.

2. What is collected

When you contact me: the name, email address or Telegram handle you provide, any booking details, and anything you choose to include in your message. This website has no contact form and does not store enquiries itself.

Automatically: standard server logs kept by the hosting provider, which may include IP address, browser type and the time of the request. These are used for security and diagnostics, not to build a profile of you.

Not collected: no analytics, no advertising or social pixels, no fingerprinting, no session recording, no cross-site tracking of any kind.

3. Why it is collected

Solely to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver the project. The basis is your request that I contact you or take steps toward providing the service, together with the legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry. Your details are never sold, rented or shared for marketing.

4. Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. No consent banner is shown because there is nothing to consent to. If that changes, a banner will appear before any non-essential cookie is set.

5. Third parties involved

Hosting and CDN — serves the site and keeps standard access logs.
Telegram — if you message me there, the conversation is handled under Telegram's own privacy policy.
Proton Mail — handles messages sent to the email address shown on this site.
Proton Calendar — used for call bookings. If you book a call, the details you enter are handled under Proton's privacy policy.

No other processors receive your data.

6. How long it is kept

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 12 months. Records relating to actual projects are kept for as long as needed to deliver the work and to meet accounting and tax obligations, then deleted.

7. Your rights

Wherever you are, I will honour these: you may request a copy of what I hold, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or object to how it is used. There is no verification hoop — ask from the address or handle you contacted me on and I will action it, normally within a few days and at most within 30.

8. Discretion

Given the industry, discretion is part of the service. I do not disclose who my clients are, do not reference projects publicly without written permission, and do not confirm or deny working with anyone. Enquiries are treated as confidential from the first message, whether or not they become projects.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Messages and booking details are transmitted to the provider you choose and access to my accounts is restricted. No system is perfect, and I will not pretend otherwise — if a breach ever affected your data, I would tell you directly and promptly.

10. Children

This site and every service described on it are for adults working in the adult industry. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and no data is knowingly collected from minors.

11. Changes

Updates will be published here with a revised date at the top. Material changes affecting existing clients will be communicated directly.
