Important: I build and maintain websites. I do not host, publish, own or control the content on client sites. If your concern is about material on a site I built, the operator of that site is the right recipient — not me. This page explains how to reach the right party quickly.

1. About this site

lustylegend.com is a business website for a web development service. It hosts no user-submitted content, no media library and no adult material. The imagery on it is original or licensed.

2. Content on sites I have built

Websites I build are owned and operated by my clients. They control what is published, hold the hosting and domain in their own names, and are solely responsible for content and for responding to copyright notices. I act as a contractor, not as a host or publisher, and I have no editorial control.

If you have found material you believe infringes your copyright on such a site, send your notice to that site's designated agent or hosting provider. Their site will list contact details, and a WHOIS lookup will identify the host.

3. If you cannot reach the operator

If you have made a good-faith attempt to contact a site operator and cannot reach them, and you have reason to believe I built or maintain that site, you may contact me. I cannot remove content I do not control, but I will forward your notice to the operator and tell you that I have done so. Where a client refuses to address a legitimate notice, I reserve the right to end the engagement.

4. Reporting content on this site

If you believe something on lustylegend.com itself infringes your copyright, contact me and include:

Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
The exact URL where the material appears on this site.
Your name, address and a contact email or Telegram handle.
A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
Your physical or electronic signature.

Valid notices concerning this site are actioned within 48 hours.

5. Counter-notices

If material of yours was removed from this site and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice with the same contact details, identification of the removed material and its former location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed in error.

6. Repeat infringement

I do not work with clients who repeatedly ignore legitimate copyright notices. Engagements are terminated in those cases, without refund.

7. Content standards

I will not build, configure or maintain any site involving material depicting minors or non-consensual acts. Any credible report of such material on a site I have worked on results in immediate termination and, where appropriate, a report to the relevant authorities. This is not negotiable and there is nothing to discuss.
